These terms govern your use of the Tales of Ember website at talesofember.com, operated by Puza Games. Playing the game itself may be covered by separate terms at api.talesofember.com/terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

The site

The website provides information about Tales of Ember, card and lore pages, community tools such as card ratings, and related content. Features may change, pause, or close without notice. The site is provided “as is” and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Accounts and nicknames

Some tools let you pick a nickname or, for editors, create an admin account. You are responsible for what you submit under that name. Do not impersonate others, use offensive names, or try to access someone else’s account. We may remove content or nicknames that we reasonably believe violate these terms or the law.

Card ratings

Ratings are community feedback, not a contract and not a promise that a name or piece of art will ship. Art scores should reflect the motif and idea of the art, not whether the asset looks finished. Votes may be shown in aggregate and, to operators, with the nickname attached. Do not submit ratings on behalf of someone else.

Acceptable use

• Do not attack, scrape in an abusive way, or overload the site.
• Do not post unlawful, harassing, or infringing material.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or access admin tools without permission.

Intellectual property

Tales of Ember, related names, card art, and site design are owned by Puza Games or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit that material except as allowed by law or with written permission. User-submitted nicknames and ratings are licensed to us so we can operate the features you used.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puza Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or goodwill arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Changes and contact
